How a Lisbon alert works

  1. Set what you want

Choose Lisbon, a maximum rent and, if you want, one or more parishes. For apartments you can also set a minimum number of bedrooms.

  2. Lafai compares new listings

We do not publish homes. We match new listings from the portals we monitor with your Lisbon alert.

  3. You get an email when there is a match

When a listing fits, we email the address on your account. You can pause or delete the alert whenever you want.

Parishes in Lisbon

The Lisbon alert covers the municipality of Lisbon, not the wider metro area. You can watch the whole city or limit it to parishes. These are the names you can pick:

Questions

Does Lafai publish rental listings?

No. Lafai is not a listings site. It emails you when a home published somewhere else matches the alert you created.

Does the Lisbon alert include Cascais, Oeiras, or Amadora?

No. Lisbon, in this alert, is the municipality of Lisbon. Cascais, Oeiras, Amadora, and other municipalities are chosen separately.

Can I filter by rent and by parish?

Yes. You set a maximum rent and, if you want, the parishes. For apartments you can set a minimum number of bedrooms and ask for listings with a photo.

How much does an alert cost?

During the beta, creating an alert is free and we do not ask for a card. If paid plans appear, we will tell you first.

How do I get the notification?

By email, to the address on your account, when a new listing matches your filters.
