Parishes in Porto
The Porto alert covers the municipality of Porto, not Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, or Maia. You can watch the whole city or limit it to parishes. The names are the official ones: Foz sits in the union of Aldoar, Foz do Douro, and Nevogilde, and Cedofeita in the central union. These are the ones you can pick:

Does Lafai publish rental listings?
No. Lafai is not a listings site. It emails you when a home published somewhere else matches the alert you created.
Does the Porto alert include Gaia, Matosinhos, or Maia?
No. Porto, in this alert, is the municipality of Porto. Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, Maia, Gondomar, and other municipalities are chosen separately.
How do I choose Foz or Cedofeita?
Foz do Douro is part of the union of Aldoar, Foz do Douro, and Nevogilde. Cedofeita, Sé, and Vitória are in the central union. In the alert you pick that union, not a loose neighbourhood name.
Can I filter by rent and by parish?
Yes. You set a maximum rent and, if you want, the parishes. For apartments you can set a minimum number of bedrooms and ask for listings with a photo.
How much does an alert cost?
During the beta, creating an alert is free and we do not ask for a card. If paid plans appear, we will tell you first.
How do I get the notification?
